We take care of scouting, offshore hiring, on-boarding process, and resource management. We provide resources with all the required infrastructure along with supervision and management!

Right from Offshoring to Outsourcing

We take seven working days to scout and finalize resources from our own global resource management pool based on parameters such as performance, skills, and experience. Our efficient scouting team constantly maintains a large pool of resources in various fields.

Hiring

Hiring is a long process that includes scheduling, conducting interviews, and training. It takes resources, time, money, and energy. In addition, a business is responsible to process payroll, handle taxes, unemployment and worker’s compensation & current resource.

Managing

On-time delivery is our priority. A remote staff management software is used to monitor the performance of resources and complex management of projects.Where the client has all the control over the employee over the work which makes it easy and hassle free for the clients.
